By using Innovatrix Cards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Innovatrix Cards provides NFC digital business cards and profile hosting services subject to the selected plan and subscription period. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the information displayed on their digital profiles. Innovatrix Cards is not liable for any misuse of the platform, third-party links, or content published by users. All subscriptions are billed annually unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable once activated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Innovatrix Cards. “Service” refers to the NFC digital business card platform, digital profiles, and related services provided by Innovatrix Cards. “User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service. “Subscription” refers to the paid plan selected by the User for accessing features of the Service. “Content” refers to any information, text, images, links, or data uploaded, displayed, or shared through the Service.

Acknowledgment

By accessing or using Innovatrix Cards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that your use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innovatrix Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. In no event shall Innovatrix Cards’ total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Disputes Resolution

ny disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of Innovatrix Cards shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Albania.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
