This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all physical products and digital services provided by Innovatrix Cards.
Digital services, including NFC digital profiles and account access, are activated automatically after successful payment. Access to the platform is usually granted immediately or within a few minutes after purchase.
Innovatrix Cards offers shipping for physical NFC cards to selected locations.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. Innovatrix Cards is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Innovatrix Cards is not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If your NFC card arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at our discretion.
