This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Innovatrix Cards.


Subscriptions

Innovatrix Cards operates on a subscription-based model billed annually unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a subscription, you gain immediate access to digital services, features, and hosting associated with your selected plan.


Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access upon activation, all payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, refunds will not be issued for partial use, unused time, or plan downgrades.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors caused directly by Innovatrix Cards

Any approved refund will be issued at our sole discretion.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied
  • Access to premium features will end after the subscription expires



Plan Changes

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades will apply at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for plan changes.
